Steve Schwandner leads our company. He's a seasoned TEAM-BUILDING consultant with over 35 years of expertise in business development and marketing management. His leadership has positioned the Schwandner Creativity Center as a trusted TEAM-BUILDING partner, recognized for its creative problem-solving and effective leadership development.
About Steve Schwandner
As a TEAM-BUILDING consultant who has collaborated with firms across various disciplines, Steve has extensive expertise in strategic and marketing planning, marketing research, product and service development, marketing communications and TEAM-BUILDING. Before establishing our company, he held significant roles at notable organizations, such as Matrixx Marketing (research), Gradison (investment management), Humana (healthcare), Xomox (manufacturing) and Northlich, Stolley (advertising). He also helped develop The Book of Hope, USA and co-authored The Schoolhouse of Quality, How One Voice Built a Better School.
Educational Background
Steve holds a Master of Arts degree in Marketing/Advertising Management from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati.
Personal Life
Steve and his wife reside in Mason, OH, part of Greater Cincinnati. Together, they have three married sons. As an experienced piano player, Steve has provided music for many weddings, home-based parties, ministry gatherings and client events.
Commitment to Community
Steve's dedication extends beyond TEAM-BUILDING consulting. He has participated in many Christian ministries. In particular, for ten years, he was the President of the Board of the Jobs Plus Employment Network, which supports employment for individuals in low-income communities and which ultimately merged into the City Gospel Mission.
